Hot water is the most commonly used method of sanitization. The temperature required for the final sterilizing rinse in restaurant dishwashers is at least 180°. Our CDS truck mount provides us with a constant water temperature of 230 to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Our truck mount does a superior job of cleaning and sterilizing as well as providing us with faster drying times.
